Rebecca Cragg has been working in arts training and education for 20 years and has a strong background in Asian culture.

She is the author of 3 colouring books: the Four Noble Ones (available on Amazon), Earth Beauty, Gentle Flowers as well as books on Tea Ceremony including Tea Ceremony Bowls of Canada and Tea Ceremony Journal  in addition to the garden design book Interior Zenscaping.

Instructor
Rebecca offers instruction in a wide-variety of Asian arts for private individuals as well as groups of all sizes.

Background
After completing a decade of university studies at Trent and McGill in cultural anthropology, museum studies and language instruction, Rebecca lived in Japan from 1998 – 2005 and returned to work at the Embassy of Japan followed by a year as Executive Director of Ottawa’s Asian Heritage Month Society where she created and coordinated over 70 events.

Her strengths include education, communication, curriculum, programme design and presentation. She speaks English, French, Spanish and Japanese and is trained in 10 traditional Asian arts including tea ceremony (Chanoyu and Sencha Do), Ikebana flower arranging, ink brush painting, calligraphy, bamboo flute, martial arts (Tae Kwon Do and Karate), the art of sweets, incense ceremony and zenscaping (garden design).
